Smell

I feel I must be very clear here and let you know that the Congress Hotel does not in any way stink, not even a little. It’s simply a fact that things that have stood the test of time tend to have little ways of letting us know. The hallway had the scent of plaster, maybe. Something old and real but not unpleasant. Truly, it is a magical locale.
