I actually recall exactly what I said when I found out Willow was single. Nothing. I sat on the phone with no idea what to say at all. She had been single for a few months when I learned of it and I just sat there and wondered if that meant I was supposed to do something. Was I somehow suddenly obligated to confess my long-held crush? I started sweating and I’m truly not sure what I said when I finally broke the silence but the silence was long.
