Chicago

Go to Chicago! If you have the chance, I highly recommend spending some time in this city and I can’t wait to spend more time there myself. There is some gorgeous architecture that I only just glimpsed, there are historical monuments and art and the Great Lake and a beautiful aquarium and so much more that I want to get back and check out.

We actually set out to see a concert at Ravinia in Highland Park, north of Chicago. We saw Ani Di Franco and the Indigo Girls. It was as spectacular as you might imagine, and Ravinia is an unique and interesting place. It reminded us a bit of Pine Knob, for Michiganders.

Then Willow had the idea that we should stay a day and check out Chicago and, as so often happens, she was absolutely right. We had such an amazing time! And the best Malai Kofta I’ve had before or since!
